The breakfast buffet had many options. The location was convenient for seeing different attractions. I found the staff at the front desk to be friendly. The courtyard was a beautiful spot to relax.
My room was small for the price I paid. The shower head was clogged. I requested service. The TV did not have internet.

the hotel's location was central I easily walked to major attractions breakfast in the courtyard was a treat a relaxing start to each day my room included a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks the staff was very helpful with directions and local tips
the gym was small it only had a few pieces of equipment

the staff provided prompt responses to requests for information I found them knowledgeable about nearby attractions and transportation options the reception area was always clean and well maintained. They were also very helpful

my room had a king-size bed with plush bedding the bathroom included a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries I was supplied with fresh towels daily and the air conditioning worked very well it kept me comfortable

reasonable accommodation
great location short walk helpful staff unpleasant woman tired decor huge favor
the hotel location was great. we were within walking distance of various attractions. the walking bridge was a short walk away and offered nice views. the hotel called taxis for us and provided help.
i found the german woman working at reception unpleasant. it seemed as if she was doing me a huge favor answering questions. the room decor seemed a bit tired.
